1. The insurance contracts entered in the Appendix 1 List concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant are invalid.
2. The defendant.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 26, 2008 and November 28, 2008, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded an insurance contract listed in the attached Table 1, the insured status of the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. On August 15, 2008, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds and the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds, as indicated in the attached Table 2, was hospitalized for 16 days with salt panssium and tensions in the nephy and alley part of the nephy, etc. from August 15, 2008 to November 5, 2014, respectively hospital was hospitalized for 939 days in total. Under the insurance contract of this case, the Defendant received KRW 87,986,49 from the Plaintiff as the insurance proceeds.
C. The status of the Defendant’s conclusion of each insurance contract and each insurance contract concluded with the Defendant as the insured, which is maintained at the time of the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, or the insurance proceeds received from the Defendant, including the Plaintiff, due to the above insurance accidents, etc. under the said insurance contract, are as listed below:
(1) On August 24, 2016, the insurance contract of this case and its nature, such as the insurance contract terminated before the conclusion of the insurance contract of this case, driver insurance, dental insurance, and cancer insurance, were excluded respectively from other insurance contracts. On the first day of the insurance contract with the name of the company, the monthly insurance premium of the insured (won) and the first East Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (Class 20,000 on January 19, 200 (Class 49,270,000 on January 40, 200) New Life Insurance (Class 49,270,000 on August 24, 2016) and health2-type 31,860 on January 31, 207, Defendant Non-Life Savings Depository of 200, 320,000 on June 31, 207, 2007, Defendant Non-Life Savings Depository of Korea on June 20, 2008.
