According to the records, this case is a small case as provided in Article 2(1) of the Trial of Small Claims Act and Article 1-2 of the Rules on Trial of Small Claims. The appellant’s assertion as the ground of appeal does not fall under any of the subparagraphs of Article 3 of the Trial of Small Claims Act.
