Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the former husband of the victim B.

On October 2014, the Defendant damaged the honor of the victim by openly pointing out the facts that: (a) assaulting the laundry to the owner of the laundry shop E in the case of a divorce by assaulting the laundry money to the owner of the laundry shop E in the case of a laundry shop in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu; and (b) by openly pointing out the facts.
