Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months, and by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months, respectively.
, however, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was engaged in driving a bus; (b) was driving the instant bus along the intersection of G Mart front of G Mart in Ansan-si F on August 10:43, 2015 through two parallels and the intersection of the intersection from the university. Since such intersection is a private intersection with no signal, the Defendant neglected the Defendant’s duty of care to reduce the speed before entering the intersection and thoroughly prevent the accident in advance by reducing the speed before entering the intersection; and (c) due to the negligence in the course of driving the said intersection without reducing the speed before entering the intersection, the Defendant was negligent in driving the said bus at the direction of the victim I (e.g., the victim I, 79 years old and older) who was on board the said bus and was on board the said bus at the front of the said bus.
2. On August 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was engaged in driving of H Pops; (b) was driving from the point of the release from a mountain mar, where he died of the G E-ray crossing on August 6, 2015, around 10:43, the Defendant: (c) was in the way of driving the H Pops; and (d) the location was a private intersection where no signal is installed; (b) so, the Defendant neglected the Defendant’s duty of care to reduce the speed before entering the intersection and thoroughly prevent the accident in advance by reducing the speed before entering the intersection; and (c) was negligent in proceeding the said intersection without reducing the speed prior to entering the intersection, while driving the said intersection at the two air and the university; and (d) caused damage to the victim I, on the other hand, who was on board the said bus along the front part of the H Pops, resulting in the death of the said Pops.
