1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 19, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7 (including branch numbers), the plaintiff may be recognized as having lent KRW 13,00,000,000 to the defendant on March 30, 2006, and KRW 20,000,000 on April 13, 2006. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 33,000,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from December 19, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the day when the payment order in this case was served to the defendant as the plaintiff's claim.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
