A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The accused is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle of the franchiseer under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act;
