A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

【2019 order 3140】

1. The crime committed on September 3, 2019;

A. At around 09:45 on September 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) set soup “C” in the East Sea B; (b) opened the object box with the key of the victim D’s locked and left the head; and (c) cut off one wall containing a smartphone with the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 350,000,000, KRW 30,000,000, and E Bank’s credit card.

B. The Defendant, at around 10:15 on the same day, purchased one of the 6,500 won of the market value at G convenience stores located in the East Sea F, and used a stolen credit card that was received by deceiving the victim and paying the amount by suggesting that he/she was a genuine holder of the credit card in the name of the bank in the name of the victim and paying the amount.

C. On the same day, the Defendant, at the PC bank near the above G convenience store, obtained pecuniary benefits by inputting the information without authority into the information processing device, such as computer, etc., by inputting the password, which was installed on the cell phone near the above G convenience store, and inputting the password, which was easily discovered through several attempts, and remitting KRW 100,000 from the victim’s E bank account linked with the above EF case to the Defendant’s name, and remitting KRW 1,219,279 in total over 32 times, such as the list of crimes, in the same manner.

2. On September 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 03:24 September 7, 2019, she: (b) set up a soup to the “K” bank located in J in the East Sea; (c) opened the object after having the key to the victim L, locked and set up on the side; and (d) stolen the object with one mobile phone owned by the victim, and 70,000 won in cash.

3. Crimes committed on September 13, 2019;

A. The Defendant of larceny is on September 2019.
