The Defendant acquiring the Defendant’s public site through consultation (hereinafter “instant public site”) completed the registration of ownership transfer due to the acquisition of public site consultation under the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects (hereinafter “Land Compensation Act”), with respect to each land indicated in the “owner’s “acquisition” column as of the date indicated in the “transfer date of ownership” in the table below for the instant public project (hereinafter “owner’s land”). At that time, the Defendant paid compensation to the owners at that time.
