1. A claim filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) in addition to this Court and participated in this Court.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. N association and G’s acquisition of ownership 1) N association (hereinafter “O”) on August 5, 1967

(3) On November 18, 1971, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport completed the registration of ownership transfer or the registration of ownership transfer on the above land through a voluntary auction on November 30, 1971, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport completed the registration of ownership transfer on the above land on December 21, 1998.

B. On January 19, 199, G was merged with the remaining land, i.e., 47,230 square meters of U forest, Q forest, 29,81 square meters of Q forest, 25,266 square meters of P forest, 16,169 square meters of T forest, 22,972 square meters of S forest, 35,362 square meters of R forest, and 205,214 square meters of H land. 2) As to H land, the area of H land became 205,214 square meters of land on July 11, 200, and on October 18, 2007, the registration of ownership transfer was completed to J Co., Ltd. of an agricultural corporation.

3) Meanwhile, on December 14, 2001, in order to install a transmission tower, 28 square meters of V forest and 28 square meters of forest in F forest and 3,821 square meters (the date of receipt of the divisional registration on the register is December 18, 2001).

(2) On December 14, 2001, in the area of H forest 205,214 square meters, W forest 223 square meters and X 202 square meters were divided, respectively (the date of receipt of the registration of partition on the register is December 22, 2001)

(3) The Plaintiff acquired the Plaintiff’s land ownership on August 6, 2008, with respect to F forest land 3,793 square meters (i.e., 3,821 square meters - 28 square meters) and H forest 204,789 square meters (i.e., 205, 223 square meters - 202 square meters) from G, and with respect to H forest 204,789 square meters (i.e., 205,214 square meters - 223 square meters), the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer from J Co., Ltd. of an agricultural company for sale on July 23, 2008 (hereinafter the above F and H land collectively referred to as “Plaintiff’s land”).

(D) The Defendant acquiring the Defendant’s land ownership: ① on December 10, 1980, the Defendant is 21,650 square meters of C forest land (hereinafter “instant land”).
