A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Jeju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence).

Since the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he/she shall not purchase, administer, or possess a psychotropic drug campopon (one camopon, hereinafter referred to as "camopon").

1. At around 14:00 on December 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase chophones from the DNA conference located in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, to purchase chophones; (b) transferred the price of KRW 300,000 to the account known to the above E; and (c) purchased approximately 0.63 grams of chophones sent to the above E from the high-speed bus terminal located in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, with approximately 21:00 on the same day.

2. At around 22:00 on December 31, 2014, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased, as set out in paragraph 1, into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the following arms.

On December 31, 2014, from around 22:00 to January 01:35, 2015, the Defendant, who possesses phiphones, carried two sons for one-time use, in which approximately 0.6g of phiphones are distributed from the above Gel to the above Gel, and carried two sons for one-time use, which were arrested as a flagrant offender causing property damage from the above herme in possession, and moved to the Daejeon East Police Station while carrying two phiphones for the above phiphones into the new engine.
