1. C, the defendant and the deceased, shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 700,000,000 and the amount from March 19, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 6, 2001, the deceased B (hereinafter “the deceased”) borrowed KRW 200 million from the Plaintiff, and the F, etc. guaranteed the Plaintiff’s above loan’s obligation to the deceased. Of the money borrowed in relation to the above loan, the part related to the instant case is as follows.

The sum of the sum of KRW 200,000,000 shall be fixed, and the sum shall include the principal and interest, and shall be borrowed for three months from the date of the borrowing and shall be paid to the following person.

B. After that, on June 24, 2014, the Deceased prepared and implemented an agreement with the Plaintiff to pay KRW 700 million, including the principal and interest of the loan, by November 2015, including the principal and interest thereof, and subsequently, an agreement entered into between the Defendant C and the Defendant E (hereinafter “instant agreement”) as follows.

On September 6, 2001, B borrowed KRW 200 million to A.

If B is unable to compensate by November 2015, 70 million won including principal and interest, 200 million won shall be compensated by the guarantor.

The guarantor: Name D (person) Resident Number: K Building in the Suwon-si Area and Lho Lake B in 2001 borrowed KRW 200 million to A.

If B is unable to compensate for 700 million won, including the principal and interest, by November 2015, the guarantor will compensate for the damages.

D. On February 26, 2020, the deceased died, and on April 29, 2020, the defendant C, who is the inheritor of the deceased, reported to the Suwon Family Court on the approval of inheritance, and received the said report from the above court on July 1, 2020 (U.S. Family Court 2020Ra802), and took over the part of the lawsuit in this case against the deceased, and P, Q, R, and S, who are the remaining inheritors of the deceased, reported the renunciation of inheritance to the above court on May 4, 2020.
