A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 27, 2016, the Defendant, at the “E” restaurant operated by the Victim D (F, 66 years of age) located in Ulsan-gun C on April 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) knee-de knee-de knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee.

2.
