Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On June 11, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to six years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims (Rape by Relatives) at the Seoul High Court, and completed the execution of the above sentence at the Net Prison on December 16, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. Around 16:00 on December 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took care of the roof of the Defendant’s residence located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment complex C, Geumcheon-gu, 1318 Dong 604; and (b) expressed a complaint on the Defendant’s non-replacement of the funeral with the Defendant’s female living together, who was 42 years old; and (c) had talked with the Defendant at the above residential management office for the replacement of the funeral at a free price; and (d) the victim expressed a complaint on the replacement of the funeral.

As a result, the victim refers to the defendant as "unfeasible gue", and the defendant was a small room in the above residence, and the defendant used excessive (12 cm length) which is a dangerous object cited when he gets her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her hand, thereby requiring approximately two weeks medical treatment for the victim, and then her her her her part back to the left side of the victim.

2. On January 27, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) returned home without having the mind for the reason that the said victim did not have the victim’s house; (b) returned home without having the victim’s accumulated in the name of his house; (c) taken twice the head of the victim’s house; (d) taken twice the victim’s bridge, buckbucks, buckbucks, and bucks several times; (c) taken the victim’s head and eye on the part of drinking; (d) taken once the victim’s head and eye on the hand; and (e) took two parts of the victim’s head and eye on the hand; and (e) kidsing the victim’s head, the victim’s hair on his hand, and (e) took two parts of the victim’s head, which require approximately two-day medical treatment.
