Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The pertinent Plaintiff of the parties and the Peace Line Support Center (hereinafter “PmC”) are nonprofit corporations established under the laws of the states of Austria, and the Defendant A religious organizationB church (hereinafter “Defendant B church”) is a church belonging to A religious organization, and the Defendant C is a standing tree belonging to Defendant B church, and the Empic Science and Technology University is a university located in the Chinese route where missionary work, etc. is performed in North Korea and other regions.

(hereinafter referred to as “instant third party agreement”). ① PmC transfers USD 4.90,00 to Defendant BSC, and Defendant BSC establishes, constructs, and operates a church in which not less than 1,000 members attend within North Korea by December 31, 2008 based on the instant agreement, as the first phase project, from December 31, 2008, on the basis of the instant agreement, and upon the implementation of the PmC and Defendant BSC, it shall assist PmC with USD 19.6 million to PmC.
