Punishment of the crime

Defendant A (hereinafter referred to as “H”) is a partner company of H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “H”), and is a person operating I (hereinafter referred to as “I”) that produces and supplies steel decorations, such as “CUT” and “gas pipeline (GAS PIPE),” etc.

Around October 2012, the Defendant agreed with the KJ in charge of the purchase of the steel of the H Materials Management Team on the estimated price of the "SIM DUT" and the "SJDDUTT" entering the O drilling Line ordered by the "SIM M, M, and N" company, which entered into the K, L, M, and N, while the Defendant consulted with the KJ in charge of the purchase of the steel of the H Materials Management Team on the estimated price of the "WUT" entering the K drilling Line ordered by the "SIM DUT" company, the Defendant agreed to provide the above JJ with the total amount of KRW 200 million by calculating the total amount of KRW 40 million per vessel as required by our country."

(hereinafter “R”) as a supplier of steel paper from October 7, 2009 to December 201. From May 201, 201, Defendant C operated R (hereinafter “R”) as a representative director under the name of R, on the ground that it was an investment, etc.
