1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 3, 2015 to the day of full payment.

In addition to the purport of the entire arguments in the statement Nos. 1 and 2, Defendant B shall be paid KRW 45,400,000 to the Plaintiff on February 11, 2014 by April 30, 2014, and the interest rate at the rate of 30% per annum is agreed to pay the Plaintiff on April 30, 2014, and Defendant C may be recognized as joint and several sureties’s debt.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to perform the above agreement. As such, the Plaintiff is jointly and severally liable to pay 45 million won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 3, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint, to the day of full payment.
