A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-priced car.

On March 5, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license on March 21, 2018, and turned the front of the Daegu-gu Seoul metropolitan intersection into the Da apartment room at the post office located in the city of Daegu-gu.
