Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2, 2019, from around 20:15 to around 21:20, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) on the front of the “C Bank Salary Point” located in CFB in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) did not enter any matter even though he asserts that he was damaged by the traffic accident; and (c) did so; (d) when he was seated in India and her boomed, she did hump to neighbors by leaving the large interest.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2019. 9. 2. 21:20경 제1항 기재 장소에서, ‘횡단보도에 앉아 위험해 보이는 남자가 있다’라는 내용의 112신고를 받고 출동한 서울중랑경찰서 소속 경찰관들에게 자신이 교통사고 피해자라고 주장하며 큰소리로 떠들다가 인근소란 등을 이유로 현행범인으로 체포되자 ‘자살하겠다, 혀를 깨물겠다’라는 등의 말을 하고 혀를 입 밖으로 내밀어 무는 시늉을 하였고, 이를 보고 자해를 방지하기 위 경찰서 소속 경찰관인 D이 피해자의 입안으로 왼쪽 엄지손가락을 넣자 이빨로 깨물어 112신고사건 처리 및 국민의 신체 보호에 관한 경찰공무원의 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
