On April 12, 2013, at around 23:58, the Defendant driven a DNA string-man car with approximately 5 meters under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.129%, while under the influence of alcohol level on the front of the 316 Ma-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
