Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On June 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for special obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 4, 2015.

1. A quasi-Robbery Defendant: (a) around 04:00 on April 30, 2015, issued three mobile phone chargers to the victim F (27 years of age) of his/her employee, stating that “A mobile phone charge is changed, no charge is made; and (b) the market price occupied by the victim is unknown.”

The defendant put two of them into a bank, called "tobacco cut", and set up a PC, but assaulted the victim's face, such as spits, spits, and walking knenek knebbbbbs, with a view to evading the arrest of the victim.

2. A thief, at around 04:30 on April 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victims’ property on nine occasions, such as the following: (b) a bank card owned by the victim H; (c) a mobile phone case containing KRW 8,000, cash 8,000; and (d) a mobile phone case in the market value; and (c) a theft, from that time to July 10, 2015, the victim’s property was stolen on nine occasions.

3. Embezzlements of lost possession; and

A. On February 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 04:30 on February 20, 2015, acquired a frobbage around the wooden Station located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, 245; (b) one copy of the Korean bank card owned by the victim I, one copy of the transportation card; and (c) one wall containing one transportation card owned by the victim I.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

B. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant around 06:00, within the subway line 1 subway line in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and owned resident registration certificates, one resident registration certificates, one corporate bank security card, one corporate bank physical card, one national card, one blood donation certificate, and one book loan certificate.
