Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment for an insulting offense by the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 8, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around July 2015, the Defendant forced and threatened the victims to write off the floor for about five minutes on the ground that the victim D(8 years of age) and E(6 years of age) were out of the way in front of the area of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant got the victims to write off the floor with a hand for about five minutes.
