A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From early 2014, the Defendant maintained a de facto marital relationship with the mother of the victim C while forming and maintaining a de facto relationship with the victim.

1.
