A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Many indictments have been made on the defendant's several criminal facts, and the victim joined the trial in the order of the date and time of the crime from the same related case.

1. On August 15, 2014, at around 11:25, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim to lend a taxi fee to the victim under the influence of alcohol in the E cafeteria operated by the victim D (n, 57 years of age) located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si; (b) on the ground that the victim refused the demand; (c) the victim collected the interest in the above cafeteria; and (d) the victim was sprinking the victim’s flab at a canter.

As a result, the defendant suffered damage to the reputation of the wooden part that requires treatment for about two weeks.

2. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단ㆍ흉기등협박) [2014고합284] 계속하여, 피고인은 분을 이기지 못한 채 다시 E 식당 밖으로 나가 식당 앞 노상에 쌓여 있던 위험한 물건인 벽돌(가로 약 20cm, 세로 약 10cm)을 들고 식당 안으로 들어와 피해자의 옆으로 다가가 위 벽돌로 피해자를 내려 찍을 듯한 시늉을 하며 “죽일 수도 있다”고 말하는 등 약 20분에 걸쳐 피해자를 협박하였다.

3. At around 20:50 on October 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) threatened a victim while drunking in E cafeteria and searching for the victim; (b) threatened the victim, “I have taken up. I have been sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for singinging. I have ever to sing down. I will am home and die if I live;” and (c) expressed a desire for customers, such as “I have come to sing to singke, sings. I have to do so.”
