1. Details of the disposition;

A. From September 7, 2012, the Plaintiff served as B in the construction division of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office.

B. On April 28, 2014, the head of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government requested the Seoul Metropolitan Government Personnel Committee for Second Personnel (hereinafter “instant misconduct”) to take disciplinary action against the Plaintiff for the following reasons, and on the same day, he/she released the Plaintiff from his/her position in accordance with Article 65-3(1)2 of the Local Public Officials Act.
