Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a crime of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse in the Seo-gu District Court’s Branch Branch on August 29, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 16, 2014, and became subject to registration of personal information.

Where a person subject to registration of personal information has changed his/her address or actual place of residence corresponding to personal information, he/she shall submit the reason and details of change to the head of the competent police agency within 20 days from the date on which the reason

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on October 22, 2015, moved-in report from Daegu-si, Daegu-gun, a place where the existing address was located, to D and completed the move-in report, and did not submit a written change of personal information to the head of the competent police office within 20 days thereafter.
