When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of EXE car.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 17:00 on February 23, 2016, operated the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road before the police box of the same coal 2 box located in 70, Youngcheon-ro, 2016.
