A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a two-wheeled motor vehicle with no registered number plate R-6 600CC.

1. On August 12, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, without obtaining a driver’s license, proceeded at a speed of about 100 kilometers per hour in the direction of yellow no. 2, 890 Kaol-gu, Daegu hydro-gu, Daegu, about 04:35, at a speed of about 100 kilometers per hour in the direction of yellow no.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, driving the said two-wheeled automobile without mandatory insurance at the same place as that of paragraph (1).
