A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a person who is engaged in driving a B K5 vehicle.
On July 1, 2015, the defendant driven the above car on July 1, 2015, and stopped the front road of the National Bank in the middle of Daegu Suwon-gu along the three-lanes from the offside street to the yellow four-lanes. The defendant started again and changed the two-lanes.
In this case, the driver has a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by changing the vehicle line while properly considering the traffic situation of the front and rear left.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to change the vehicle line to the left-hand side, thereby resulting in the Defendant’s failure to change the vehicle line to the left-hand side at the two-lanes of the same direction of the Defendant’s car, which was owned by C, the victim C, who was at the right-hand side of the D TlaXG car, and received the part above-hand part.
After all, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, destroyed the instant TraXG car owned by the victim to have an amount equivalent to KRW 291,765,00, and immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures after the accident.
2. On July 1, 2015, at around 01:54, the Defendant was demanded to comply with a drinking test by inserting approximately 40 minutes of the drinking distance, on the grounds that there are reasonable grounds to recognize that he/she was driving under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking in the E-district located in the Daegu Suwon-gu, by making the Defendant sloping F from his/her slope in his/her E-district and drinking in his/her mouth, etc.
Nevertheless, the defendant avoided this and did not comply with a police officer's request for a drinking test without any justifiable reason.
