A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, each violation of the National Security Act and each violation of the public law.

Punishment of the crime

Based on the facts acknowledged by the pleadings and records of this case, the facts charged were partially revised to the extent that the defendant's right of defense is not infringed.

1.
