Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 27, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on April 27, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chuncheon Prison on October 28, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 01:00 on the first day of February 2019, the Defendant provided D with approximately 0.2 gramopon free of charge in front of the “C Pharmacy” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. Around 17:42 on March 30, 2019, the Defendant promised to post a telephone to purchase approximately KRW 3.0 gramphones with approximately 600,000,000,000. On March 31, 2019, the Defendant purchased gramphones, which were packed in the futures package from H given instructions from “G” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, by receiving approximately 3.0 gramphones, which were packed in the futures package from H given instructions from “G” located in Seoul, Gangnam-gu.

C. At around 02:00 on April 1, 2019, the Defendant administered a philophone medication one time among the philophones purchased, as described in paragraph 1(b), at the Defendant’s home room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I apartment J, by burning it into the call.

2. Around April 3, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (marijuana) stored and possessed approximately 0.12 grams in the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul International Apartment J, and in the batus in his own storage.
