A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

"2013 Highest 512"

1. Larceny;

A. On July 23, 2012, around 17:00 on July 23, 2012, the Defendant stolen money and valuables worth KRW 4,760,000, totaling 10,000 from the victim 10 to September 3, 2012, as indicated in the list of crimes (1).

B. The Defendant, around 06:05 on August 8, 2012, at the convenience store located in the Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, for the cash withdrawal for the victim Han-gu management.

As set forth in the list of crimes Nos. 6, 700,000, the sum of F’s cash cards that were stolen was collected, entered, and stolen by withdrawing KRW 700,000, which was the victim’s possession, deposited in a new bank account in the above F’s name, from around 06:10 on the same day, and then withdrawing KRW 1,70,000 by using the credit card that was stolen on three occasions, as described in the list of crimes (2) in attached Form 1, 06:10 on the same day.

2. From August 4, 2012 to August 22:00 to August 5, 2012, 206:30 to August 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) within the 15km section of approximately 15km from the front side of “H” located in G in the Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, to the road where it is impossible to identify the place of less than the Ham-dong of the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, without the license of a motorcycle

The driver has driven an error that was stolen, such as No. 5 of the list of crimes described in the paragraph.

On July 28, 2012, at around 12:00 on July 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received one gold 6 knife from the victim; and (b) as if the Defendant had completed the said knife from the precious metal point of the “K” in the operation of the Victim J in Busan-gu Busan Metropolitan City; (c) one gold 6 knife from the victim.

The credit card owned by the L is presented to the victim, which was stolen, such as No. 3 of the Crime List (1).
