【Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on December 28, 2001, and was sentenced to eight years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on May 9, 2006, and was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the branch court of the Daegu District Court on April 2, 2009, and was sentenced to nine months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Southern District Court on March 9, 2012, and the execution of the said last sentence on July 17, 2012.
On August 21, 2012, around 01:21, the Defendant: (a) entered the password, which was known in advance to the victim F in the cash payment store located in the Dong-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City; (b) entered the number of KRW 200,00,00 as a cash service; (c) cut off the two credit cards (new, Samsung) from one’s own land to find money; and (d) cut the bottom; and (e) stolen the Samsung Card from one’s land to E; and (e) entered the number, which was known in advance to the victim F, in the said “D” point, at around 01:40 on the same day, the Defendant used the stolen Samsung Card in five times in total, including the list of crimes in the attached Table; and (e) used the stolen Credit Card as a stolen credit card; and (e) used the stolen goods in the list of other persons; and (e) used the stolen goods as a habitual list.

1. On December 16, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) presented to the president of HI a stolen J’s driver’s license as set forth in paragraph 1(a) in order to use the vehicle when driving a stolen G car on the front cycle road located in the Busan Metropolitan City, Seo-gu merchants’ Dong on December 16, 2012; and (b) let I use the stolen G driver’s license, as set forth in paragraph 1(a), use the stolen vehicle; and (c) use the type of “TK in Daegu-gu, Dong-gu, name column, “J”, “L in the resident registration number column,” and “M” in the issuing place column.
