A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant (Fraud prior to the opening of the name): (a) was scheduled to engage in accommodation business by accepting 20 guest rooms of D’s “D” and 20 mother lines in the vicinity of the shipping fleet from the victim C (year 29) in a place where the location in Busan Shipping Daegu is unknown; and (b) was planned to expand the rental car business.

When the business fund is lent, the interest of 5% per month shall be paid, and the principal shall be repaid at any time only before one month.

However, at the time, the Defendant borrowed or financed funds from other persons continuously promoting the sale agency business, accommodation business, and siren business, etc., and the amount of the loan reaches KRW 1 billion, and even if he borrowed money from the victim, he did not have any intent or ability to repay the principal and interest properly even if he borrowed money from the victim. Nevertheless, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim as above, and acquired money from the victim to the Defendant’s E Bank Deposit Account on March 25, 2016, by receiving KRW 45 million from the victim until September 22, 2016, the Defendant acquired money from the victim to the Defendant’s E Bank Deposit Account on September 22, 2016, by deceiving the victims about KRW 650,500,000 from these victims on 16 occasions, and by obtaining KRW 650,500,000,000 from these victims on February 2, 2017 and by obtaining KRW 264,064,00 from the Defendant.

When the business fund is lent, the interest of 4% per month shall be paid, and the principal shall be repaid at any time only before the month.
