On October 13, 2013, around 06:40 on October 13, 2013, the Defendant driven a bVJF125-wheeled vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.164% from the sexually fixed middle school located in the Seongbuk-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu to the roads in front of the rithly ethic beauty art room located in the Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Yan-gu.
