1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Details of the disposition

The Plaintiff is a police officer who was appointed as a policeman on October 15, 198 and served in a budget police station B police box (hereinafter “instant police box”) from February 1, 2015 after promotion to the police officer on January 1, 2013.

On January 20, 2016, at around 08:10, the Plaintiff damaged internal integrity and dignity, such as cutting and wrapping fating the fats of night workers C and the computerized data related to private guns, among the issues related to computerized input of private guns.

(hereinafter “instant disciplinary action”). The Defendant, following the resolution of the General Disciplinary Committee on Police Officers in the Budget Police Station on February 5, 2016, imposed one-month disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff’s disciplinary action constituted grounds for disciplinary action under Articles 56 (Duty of Good Faith) and 63 (Duty of Maintenance of Dignity) of the State Public Officials Act by violating Article 78 (1) of the same Act.

On May 31, 2016, the Minister of Personnel Management made a decision to change the period of one month of suspension from office into two months of reduction of salary, on the ground that the appeal review committee filed an appeal review with the Ministry of Personnel Management, and the Minister of Personnel Management made a decision to change the period of one month of suspension from office into two months.

(A) The Plaintiff’s ground for disposition in this case’s assertion as to whether the disposition in this case’s case’s assertion is legitimate is the Plaintiff’s act of drinking bather and bating bathers in a dispute between C and C, or the Plaintiff’s death or extension of 9 years, and the 12-year vessel’s police officer’s death or extension of 12-year vessel.

The plaintiff has served as police officials for at least 27 years, and has served in good faith in working environment, and has served 25 times such as Prime Minister and the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency commendation.

In consideration of such circumstances, this shall be taken into account.
