Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A was elected on March 25, 2014 by a special election of the head of the K Agricultural Cooperative Association conducted by the K Agricultural Cooperative on March 25, 2014.
No person shall provide money, goods, entertainment, or other property benefits to members for the purpose of having himself/herself or a specific person elected or not elected as an executive or representative of a local agricultural cooperative.
A. On March 1, 2014, the Defendant appealed to support the Defendant in a special election for the president of the NAF and provided money to M, who is a member of the NA, at the residence of Ma in Chungcheongnam-Nam-Nam-Nam-Nam, and at the beginning of March 2014.
B. At around 11:00 on March 20, 2014, the Defendant offered 300,000 won (50,000 won) to the P, an agricultural cooperative member of the NA branch, in front of the NA branch located in Chungcheongnam-Nam N.
Accordingly, the defendant provided two members with money to be elected as executive officers of the local agricultural cooperative.
2. The Defendant C is the spouse B, who was dispatched to the special election of the head of the K Agricultural Cooperative Association, conducted by the K Agricultural Cooperative on March 25, 2014 in the Chungcheongnam-NamJ on March 25, 2014.
No one shall engage in election campaigns other than those prescribed by the Agricultural Cooperatives Act in connection with the election of executive officers of agricultural cooperatives.
At around 11:00 on March 19, 2014, the Defendant visited the residence of the NAF member of the NAF in Q, to gather two boxes of name B in the office mail, and to gather one name box in the name-free delivery of the NAF’s residence in the vicinity of the above house, and thereafter visited the residence of the NAF member of the NAF and filed a petition for support B with the NAF member of the NAF.
As a result, the defendant carried out an election campaign other than the methods under the Agricultural Cooperatives Act in relation to the election of executive officers of agricultural cooperatives
