1. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads;

A. On September 5, 2017, at around 00:15, the Defendant driven a bicycle with a motor device FCA110V device at a section of approximately 1.4 km from the front of the C Middle School located in Ansan-si, Masan-si to the front of the Egynas located in the same Gu D, without a motor device driver’s license.

B. On October 27, 2017, around 05:10, the Defendant driven a J-5 car without a driver’s license at a section of about 2 km from the front of the apartment apartment site in Ansan-si, Seoul-si to the south of the I bank located in the same Gu H to the south of the I bank located in the same Gu.

On November 1, 2017, the Defendant driven a Jk-5 car without the driver’s license from the front of the KR-gu in Ansan-si to the front road of the same Gu from around 0.5 km to the same Gu.

On December 11, 2017, the Defendant driven a NSS6 car without a vehicle driver's license from the front side of the 10km-si, Ansan-si, Gosan-si to the front side of the 10km-dong, Gosan-si, Gosan-si.

On September 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of forging a private document; (b) forged a private document; and (c) signed a signature, forged a private signature; and (d) committed an act of using the personal information of “P”, which is the Defendant’s private relationship, and was committed in the course of the investigation, by stealing the personal information of “P”, at the C District located in Ansan-si, Seosan-si, Annsan-si; and (b) committed an act of using the same as P.

A. The Defendant, at around 01:10 on the same day, prepared a written statement to the Defendant that Q Q demanded the Defendant to prepare a written statement, and Q Q to do so without authority for the purpose of driving and exercising his P, as he was the P, and stated in the name column “P”, “R” in the resident registration number column, and “S T-gu in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do” in the residential column, and under that direction P.
