A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CM5 vehicle in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unnecessary Measures after Accidents) and the Road Traffic Act (drawing drivers);

On October 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the 4nd parking lot of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City 03:35, the 4nd parking lot; (b) under the influence of alcohol content of 0.135% in the blood, the Defendant did not stop and take necessary measures as follows: E- si owned by the victim D; (c) the victim E-si car owned by the victim F; (d) the victim H I L L L kystar kyst car; (e) the cargo vehicle owned by the victim JJ, and (e) the non-products were scattered on the non-products by tightly shocking the string; and (e) the police officer, upon receiving a report and escape as follows, did not stop even because it was anticipated to track if the police officer runs away.

2. Around 03:38 of the day, the Defendant: (a) went to the scene of the instant accident; (b) the police box belonging to the Daejeon Western Police Station L Boxes (46 years old); (c) the security guards (27 years old); (d) the security guards (52 years old); and (e) the security patrol police officers (L patrols, M, Nboards) and the R patrol patrol vehicles (S patrols,O, and Pboards) after receiving a report from the police officers assigned to the Daejeon Western Police Station L Boxes (46 years old); and (c) the Defendant escaped from the scene of the said L patrols and S patrols (S patrols,O, and Pboards) two to three times.

The above police officers requested support to U(51) and patrol officers belonging to the Seo-gu Daejeon Police Station Twit Police Station Twit-gu, Daejeon (25) while displaying L patrols and S patrols, and the above U and V participated in the attack of W patrols (X patrols).

The Defendant, at around 04:00, went into the factory site of DaS Co., Ltd. located approximately 113-47 meters away from 12 km at the site of an accident at around 04:0, she stopped the vehicle in order to see the police again at that place.

X patrol vehicles are shocked once, and again, during the course of escape from the factory site, by the S patrol vehicle and X patrol vehicle, the previous course is repeated, and the above patrol vehicles are repeated twice, respectively.
