1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(b)BB and 26 parcels of land owned by Hanwon Construction Co., Ltd. (including the transfer of ownership on land or housing), if it is impracticable for Hanwon Construction Co., Ltd to carry out the sales contract, or if Hanwon Construction Co., Ltd. is unable to carry out the sales contract, the sale contract shall be executed to the buyer, or if Hanwon Construction Co., Ltd., the sale contract shall be executed to the buyer, the sale contract shall be executed to the buyer;

hereinafter the same shall apply.

(2) On November 29, 2006, the Korea Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd. issued a house sale guarantee certificate to the Korea Housing Construction Co., Ltd. on November 29, 2006, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of the Korea Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd. for the said land.

B. On March 31, 2009, the date of completion of the initial completion plan for the apartment as to the above apartment, the approval for use was granted on January 22, 2010. 2) On January 15, 2010, some of the buyers of the above apartment units, upon the delay of the new construction, registered the preservation of ownership in the name of Han River Construction on September 15, 2009, and completed the provisional attachment registration based on the provisional attachment decision (Seoul Central District Court Decision 2009Kadan6950, 2009Kadan7030, Seoul District Court Decision 2009Kadan7030), and thereafter, the provisional attachment registration was completed on September 15, 2009.

(C) On February 26, 2010, Korea Housing Guarantee Co. 3, 201, is about the above apartment upon the provisional attachment and application of the above auction by the buyers.
