A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
When the defendant is unable to repay his/her debt, he/she was unable to terminate his/her term deposit in the victim's name by cancelling his/her term deposit in the victim's name with the delegation from the victim's name C to keep his/her passbook and seal.
1. Crimes committed on May 4, 2012;
A. On May 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “F, total termination, May 4, 2012, and C” in the printing and withdrawal set of the printing and withdrawal set of “F,” and stamped the said C’s seal attached to the name.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the Chapter 1 of the Entry and Withdrawal Table in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.
B. At the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1) of Article 1, the Defendant: (a) delivered a forged deposit and withdrawal slip to G, who is an employee in charge of the charge, as if it were a document duly formed.
2. Crimes of forgery on July 17, 2012;
A. On July 17, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) stated “H, total termination, July 17, 2012, and C” in the printed entry and withdrawal set of “H, total termination, and July 17, 2012; and (b) stamped the said C’s seal attached to the name.”
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the Chapter 1 of the Entry and Withdrawal Table in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.
B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (2) of Article 2, delivered the forged deposit and withdrawal slips to G, who is an employee in charge of the charge, as if they were a document duly formed.
3. While the Defendant kept regular deposits under the victim’s name for the victim C, the Defendant voluntarily withdrawn the said regular deposits after cancelling the said regular deposits in the same manner as that of paragraph 1(a) at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(a), and consumed them for personal purposes, such as card expenses.
