Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in agriculture.

On July 2014, the Defendant extended the house by expanding the Madro by inserting a part of the farm road on the ground that the farm road was his own private land from the farm road adjacent to the entire house owned by the Defendant B at Simsan-si on July 2014, on the ground that it was his own private land.

Due to the defendant's act, four-generation residents, such as C (55 years of age, remaining, etc.) who filed a charge for farming at the end of the farm road, have become unable to pass through the farm using any more vehicles.

As such, the Defendant interfered with the passage of four generations, such as the accusers, etc.
