The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall be the chairperson of Seocho-gu Review Promotion Committee.

The chairperson of the reconstruction promotion committee shall make public the "official document concerning the implementation of the relevant rearrangement project" and the relevant data within 15 days after the preparation or modification thereof with respect to the implementation of the rearrangement project, along with the Internet and other methods so that the members, landowners, or tenants may know it.

Nevertheless, on February 10, 2012, the Defendant, upon receiving a notice from the Seocho-gu Housing Development Promotion Group of the Seocho-gu Office, stating that “The members shall not concurrently hold the office of executives, members, or employees of other promotion committees of cooperatives or specialized maintenance business managers who implement the same purpose under Article 17(8) of the Regulations on the Operation of the Promotion Committee for the Establishment of Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives (Public Notice No. 2010-633 of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs), shall not make public the Internet and other means to make it possible for its members, etc. known within 15 days after the lapse of 15 days after the receipt of the notice of the public notice that “The members shall not concurrently hold the office of executives, members, or employees of other related organizations, such as other promotion committees or specialized maintenance business managers who implement the same purpose.”
