1. The plaintiff's main claim is dismissed.

2. The Defendants jointly pay to the Plaintiff 15,00,000 won with 5% interest per annum from November 12, 2015 to May 30, 2016, and 15% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

3. Of the litigation costs, 25% is borne by the Plaintiff, and the remainder 75% is borne by the Defendants, respectively.

4. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.

The Defendants, as to KRW 20,00,000 and KRW 15,000 among them, shall pay to each Plaintiff 5% per annum from November 12, 2015 to the service date of a duplicate of the instant complaint; 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment; and 5% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment; and 5,000,000 won per annum from the day of delivery of a copy of the claim and the application for modification of the cause of the claim as of December 27, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Preliminary: as stated in Section 2 above.
