A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant C and the victim D(24) are friendly with knowledge from high schools to high schools.

On December 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) called the Defendant’s house located in Thai City E by making a phone call to C, and (b) called the Defendant’s house in Thai City; (c) however, at the latest night, the Defendant was willing to inflict an injury on the victim for finding the victim on the ground that the victim, who was diving after completing the work at the latest, refused it; and (d) “I am off the string, who was flick, and was flicked by drinking,” and “I am flick, who was flick.”

1. Around 12:00 on December 17, 2017, the Defendant and C came to the house of the victim in Thai City F on the violation of the Violence, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) and C opened a door by opening the correction devices which are locked inside the victim’s house after going to the door, going to the door of the Defendant and going to the door where the victim was locked.

The defendant injured by confinement in special circumstances takes the face of the victim who locked as above at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, takes hairs with one hand, takes the victim's face several times with another hand, and the victim gets off his/her own cell phone to report to the police, and makes C bring C the victim's cell phone into the main money, and continuously takes C the victim's cell phone in the main clur, and bring C the kitchen knife (the wooden hand, the knife length of the knife) in the main clur, and the victim "we need to do so," because he/she does not want to do so.
