1. The Plaintiff is against the Defendant based on an urban management planning service contract concluded on July 18, 2013 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.

On July 18, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into an urban management plan of 20,000 won (30% of contract amount, intermediate payment 20% of remainder 50%) between the Defendant and the Defendant’s 2,00,000 won for the interim waste disposal business for the purpose of C business, and until December 31, 2013 (within two months from contract date, to 30% of contract amount) with the Defendant’s 2,00,000 won for the above interim waste disposal business, and the Plaintiff, at the time of 20,000 won for the above 20,000 won for the execution of the project, submitted to the Defendant the above project plan of 30,000 won for the remainder of 10,000 won (the above business plan of 4,000 won, 20,0000 won for the remainder of 20,000 won for the Defendant’s 2,016,000.
