1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual interest from September 17, 2010 to May 31, 2019, and June 1, 2019.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act applicable provisions of Acts.

Since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit (hereinafter “Promotion Act”) were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate under the Promotion Act was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, it is recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, and the exceeding portion of the claim is dismissed.
