Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date of the final judgment of this case, the Defendants are above.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-offenders conspired with each other, in collusion with one another.

A. On August 16, 2013, at the G convenience point of operation of the Victim F (F) located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul-si, around 03:00, in order to obtain KRW 98,800 by means of copying the original copy of the cashier’s check issued by the Nonghyup Bank, which caused the face value of KRW 100,00,00, while presenting a forged cashier’s checks to the victim who is unaware of the fact that the cashier’s checks were actually issued, the intent of denying the victim’s refusal to receive a check on the ground that the check was not a check, but is not a wind, and exercising securities as above, which are forged checks;

B. At around 03:30 on August 16, 2013, at K convenience stores operated by the Victim J (27 years of age) in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the sales price of which is 1,200, and the sales price of which is 1,200, a counterfeited cashier’s check issued by copying the original cashier’s check (the check number H) of the Nong Bank, which is the cause of the face value of 100,000, presented it as if it was actually issued to employees L(23 years of age) who do not know of the fact that the cashier’s check was actually issued, and then, the sales was acquired with 1,200, the amount of 1,200,000 won and 98,800 won, and the negotiable check, as above, exercised the securities

2. Defendant B, on August 15, 2013, offered a cashier’s check to an employee to purchase and settle milk, etc. at the N convenience store located in Suwon-si M in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and presented a cashier’s check to an employee to 100,000 won, and illegally used the PP’s resident registration certificate, which was previously lent for the purpose of pretending that he was not a juvenile.
