Defendant

A is a person who engages in meat sales business, etc. in the trade name of Daegu Northern-gu F, Inc., and B is a corporation established for the purpose of selling meat for which Defendant A is a director.

1. A person who intends to operate a slaughter business of the defendant A (the point of sale of non-licensed beef) shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do governor for each workplace, and shall not sell livestock products treated, processed or manufactured by a person who has not obtained permission, or treat, process, pack, use, import, store, transport

Nevertheless, the Defendant knowingly purchased KRW 6,896,00 from the cattle shed located in Daegu Northern-gu F on April 1, 2013, the sum of 1,339 Kgs from the cattle shed operated by G without a slaughter business license and sold KRW 1,39 Kgs from the cattle shed operated by G to a total of KRW 6,896,00,00. On April 22, 2013, the Defendant sold 6 Kggs (Seoul-gu 10,919 won), 10 Kgs (Seoul-gu 17,490 won), 10 Kgs, 2416, 416, 416, and 140 Kgs, and 6 Kgs and 10 Kgs from the cattle shed operated by G to the G on April 22, 2013.

The Defendant Company B, a corporation established for the purpose of wholesale and retailing, etc., has to pay considerable attention to and supervise the pertinent business in order to prevent a violation by a representative of the corporation, or an agent of the corporation or an individual.
