If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2013, at around 21:17, the Defendant driven a B-ro car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of 0.103% from the section of 500 meters, to the front day of the Japanese Yanpo-ri in front of the same Eup, which is located in the Sinsan-si Yanpo-si, Jinpo-si, Jinpo-si in front of the same Eup.
