Punishment of the crime

At around 22:50 on December 12, 2013, the Defendant driven a B-hand car with approximately 200m alcohol content 0.187% in the state of alcohol in front of the Japanese colonial conference located in the same Eup’s salary club in front of the foreign exchange bank located in the Jinnsan-Eup in Busan Metropolitan City.
